Lots of money out, that taxpayers will need to pay back, and not any honest, truthful or documented. Don't forget the money of the citizens from taxes, rate pay. Years and years of paying.
Matching funds of about $500,000, has the board put this in a secure budget line? Or has even the first estimate of matching funds in the amount of $465,000 in 2019 budget? There is no line for any capitol gain projects whether it was the grant money, as a revenues, no was there a line to hold the matching funds
No movement on Columbia Parkway, with, a year old grant sitting idle. Meanwhile, Village of Mohawk , secured a grant , used the finances profieciently, and finished.
