Truth or Consequences... games played in your home or on TV, are fun. But do not belong in politics. The people suffer greatly when games are played by the public servants. Just like now, our health is at risk and continues, our property values have grossly decreased, not just due to water issues, blight issues have been poor for 20-30 years. Look at Lester Ave properties, around for years, now awaiting miracles from the Land Bank, another project that was to start in April. ($35,000.00 of tax-payers money allegedly budgeted. Good luck in finding the budget line, much like the State and Federal laws that request for separate lines for capital projects, like for the stairs, both State and Federal will oversee how municiplalites spend "their" money given out in grants and loans.
Truthfully our biggest and most costly issue is water. To which the 5 Servants continue to play several games, take your pick To Tell the Truth, Truth or Consequences, Hide and Seek (you name it hide money spending, projects from sewer to water that have done nothing to date, lead issues, corrosion controls,) ....

Yet they fail to share this at a public Hearing, but worse fail to make a decision, just repeated misdirection from the board. Meanwhile they want the people to conserve water, and admit "it is water we don't have" once again blaming the people for the water issue.
Then on July 29, 2019 we are now told there is a delay.

That's right folks, all documents have been shown that the project was to begin in May of 2019 and finished by December of 2019. Bid request of JULY 10.
The treasurer has 20 plus years experience, servant moore brags often of her time and total dedication to the people, servant lester brags... truth is NO BIDS HAVE GONE OUT FOR ANY OF THE CAPITAL PROJECTS THAT WERE TO BEGIN THIS YEAR. No budget lines are found to support that any grants or loan both of which according to State and Federal laws must have seperate lines to hold the 5 servants (and any subservants) accountable to spending tax payers money. Ever expenditure must be shown in spending lines.
This is not a simple mistake, this is intentional violation. Do you schedule surgery for May, but don't start looking for a surgeon until JULY?
We have had no answers to lead issues, no answers to the corrosion control, no answers to the Bacteria issues that the DOH was concerned about last September.

Lies and deceit of 5 public servants, many claims of myself and others twisting the truth, yet the servants offer no proof to their claims, offer no direct truth at a public hearing....they can't , proof has been provided in their own words, their own records, laws, state and federal mandates.
Follow the money, FOIL FOR INFORMATION, I HAVEN'T STOPPED FOILING OR APPEALING, THEY WANT YOU TO THINK THAT BY NO LONGER POST THE FOIL LOG INFORMATION, they continue to deny. I have been chasing the DOH with letters with questions on and off since October of last year asking for Bottled water, to give truth of what the people have stated about the water in truth, not as the servants have stated, and a great many other water concerns.
The First amendment affords the right to redress our government, but technically they don't have to reply. They can certainly choose to, but are not required. This where FOIL arms the people, with ability to receive documents upon request. It just so happens the 5 servants intentionally choose to deny these requests, which will come at a cost, that the people will also bear the burden of paying for.
I am tired of suffering the consequences of untruthful servants for many terms now. Are you willing to allow your children, grandchildren's, friends, family, health to be the consquence?
