SECTION 4 - VILLAGE OPERATIONS

The Association understands the importance of the normal and orderly conduct of the Village's business and operations, and the Association and its members will cooperate and assist the Village in the performance of its duties and obligations to the citizens thereof. The provisions of this Agreement will be expressly limited to salaries, benefits and other conditions of employment of the covered employees of the Village of Ilion and shall not in any way be construed to restrain or limit the Village in the full and absolute management of its affairs.
