I wanted to share, that yes I have received FOILED documents, as well as a response to my appeal, from NYS DOH, I will be reviewing these 146 documents over the next few days to check for accuracy of dates etc. And I have David Murray reviewing these and another individual at this time as well.
I will eventually share copies here, but in the meantime I did want to encourage all of you to FOIL and APPEAL don't stop keep up the good fight, and to offer sources to contact if you have water issues. Yes we all know that these 5 servants ignore the vast majority of us, this is nothing new here in Ilion, board members change names, truth be told, they continue to FAIL all people here, for nothing more then egotistical power trips, greed, self serving....etc.
Researching many stories, talking with locals from Hoosick Falls, NY and Flint MI, it was never any public official that helped "blow the whistle" of the malfeasance & dereliction of duty of public servants.
First, if you are having water issues such as water sputtering out of the faucet after it sat for a bit (as if it had air added to the water), color changes, grossly over chlorinated smells, dank musty scents, a greasy oily feels. Photograph ALL discoloring. Keep a log, for date, time, gauge the odor on a scale of 1-5, describe the odor as best you can. (maybe add in if it was hot days).

Allows follow up with emails, this would be a much more effective way of gather proper information regarding areas, and degrees of our water issues.
We must do this, if we don't file complaints, the servants can play dumb and place the blame on the people, using the excuse "they didn't know". WE MUST remove that excuse.
UNITED IN NUMBERS WITH A COMMON GOAL WE CAN CONQUER THE WRONGS THAT CONTINUE TO PLAQUE THIS VILLAGE.
Over chlorinated water is dangerous, one should not have to fear raising the toilet lid, turning on the shower water running the laundry washer and even to do dishes to only be grossly accosted by chlorination to the point of nausea, any degree of a burning sensation, to asthma issues (any breathing issues), we should NOT feel any slimy or greasy residue.
THM (trihalomethanes) are a known carcinogen. Bright yellow is indicative of the chlorine "eating" dissolving pipes and plumbing fixtures, that bring a host of many dissolved and conjoined chemicals from the distribution. THM are produced by the use of chlorine and OVER USE of chlorine reacting with organic compounds either in the treatment process or distribution.
I am dealing with this from many avenues. But for me, NO ONE FROM THE VILLAGE WILL BE ALLOWED IN MY HOME, TO TEST ANY ANYTHING. The five servants have violated my rights, have used me to lie to you with many statements , and all other "pot stirrers", yet offer no PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETINGS FOR 9 MONTHS, they segregate the people, the now BLAME the PEOPLE, they offer no information to prove me wrong, because they can't.
We must pray the IFD doesn't need to battle of fire, the turbidity IFD would cause using the hydrants, they will be next in line for causing our water issues.
Enough is Enough. The 5 servants are extorting the silence of the peoples voice, the price to be paid …. your health and safety.
