Apparently , a new source to blame for discoloration THE PEOPLE!!
This was only announce to a very limited amount of citizens.
And yet, during the flushing, no one had any discoloration.... that was released anyway, if there is a time when water truly have a large draw, it would be, during a PROPER water line flushing…Lets hope the IFD doesn't need to draw water....they will be the next to blame.....

what every one knows, water issues are due to poor maintenance and operation for years...
