While the servant board members continue to violate Open meeting laws, with strong violations by the village clerk, information is denied at meetings, but is freely given to the MUB.
Which at close looks , there is not one member that is qualified regarding Water nor Electric. Even a mere advisory board, citizen should be assured , that these members have some sort of experience, education , etc. even though they have no authority to change or regulate any laws regarding Water and Electric, their role is key as ADVSIORS, how can one offer advice they have no knowledge about? DM Lester has years of experience, but remember he never talks about that, just brags on his Sewer Rat Role and his useless uneducated expert medical advice
The problem is, MUB meetings must follow the same laws, and any information to be discussed, is to be posted prior to their meetings. More Violations from the Village Clerk, of course strongly supported by the board of trustees.
If you read the minutes from Feb. 11th, we learn that the contractors hired by the Board of trustees was in violation of their contract! Just like under Stephen, which is why we doing this again, Stephens era boggled it the first time.
To bad March MUB minutes are not available on the Village website, but not surprising.
There has been no testing, or flushing of the lines. There has ben no sampling reports of any sort regarding the water.
Status quo remains, over chlorinated and moldy Scented water, we continue to pay for unsafe water and spend hundreds on bottled water. But I am sure the 5 inept servants, will manage to blame this on the Coronavirus as well.
Duofold chat, again history shows the electric department will need major improvements, that much like the water have been ignored. The county (including IDA) also has a history of failing tax payers, i.e. Quackenbush, the Jail, , the nursing home …on and on. And, Look Stepehns and Lester right in the thick of it... Time to wake up and Speak up!
